Hip
As you can see I have a lot of hardware, wires, brackets, screws,
plates and a drill bit for good measure! Plus the socket was constructed
of coral from the ocean so I have a little bit of everything in there now.
My hip is coming along very nicely and I've started lifting 2 1/2 pound
ankle weights twice a day and I'm riding my exercise bike up to 10 minutes
a day now. |
